This story takes place in England. Matilda is an important character in the story who is born a genius. A problem occurs when Matilda's young teacher tells Matilda a sad story about her youth. After that, Matilda uses her mind for a plan to overthrow the person who made her teacher's story sad. The problem is solved when the plan works and Matilda's teacher's wages go up. The story ends when Matilda's teacher adopts Matilda because her parents hate Matilda.

President Bush declared war is being won and America is doing hard work. Bush said "Iraq's capacity is being destroyed." on Tuesday night. Protection was unusually tight. When the speech was talking about the war, Bush talked about his agenda which was familiar. Bush said, "There's a strange responsibility to do the hard work for freedom. And when we do, freedom works." Bush, looking tired spoke in the House chamber of the Capitol. "Now that war has begun, we'll work to see that it is fast with little loss of life."

I would not like to be teacher because a lot of the kids get out of control and then you have to yell. I also wouldn't because it's hard to teach.

This story takes place in Giant Land and London, England. Sophie is an important character in the story who saves the world from nine beastly giants. A problem occurs when the world gets conquered by nine beastly giants (The Fleshlump-eater, Childchewer, Bonecruncher, Manhugger, Meatdripper, Maidmasher, Gizzardgulper, Bloodbottler, and the Butcher Boy). After that, Sophie thinks of a plan to capture the giants and inprison them for all eternity. The problem is solved when the plan works and the nine beastly giants are thrown into a deep pit and are fed on Snozzcumbers for all eternity. The story ends when the BFG writes a book about his lifetime. And that book is the book I just read.

George, the main character, is a small boy who lives on a farm far away from any boys or girls. He has no friends and he is very lonely. "You're growing too fast! You eat too much chocolate! You should eat cabbage instead of chocolate because chocolate makes you grow too fast! Have you tried any bugs? Bugs are good for you!", said George's Grandma.
George ran out of the room. He hated his Grandma. She was an old wretch. What could cure her?, George thought. Maybe a medicine! A medicine could cure her wretchedness............
